Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions? We have answers!
Do you accept insurance?
Dr. Zito is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans and does not directly file insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy and upon request for clinical assessments, however, she can provide you with the appropriate paperwork at the end of the evaluation process that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Notably, your insurance company may not cover psychological evaluations, regardless of if in-network or out-of-network. Please contact your insurance company directly if you have questions about your out-of-network coverage for psychological evaluations before receiving services. A to Z Psychology is not responsible for insurance claims that have not been reimbursed.
